With easy-to-follow heating instructions, Grobbel's pre-cooked Prime Rib
specialties deliver a better product to the plate, with substantially less
cost than cooking from scratch. Grobbel's Prime Rib Roast
specialties are made from carefully selected cuts of the Rib-Eye. We
trim them to exacting standards, then we season each piece for full
flavor. Next, we cook them slowly to perfection, simmering in their
own juices. For the food service operator, each Rib-Eye is packed
whole in natural juices, or pre-sliced for the buffet. For the meat department, the Rib-Eye is pre-cut
into 1/3 size, to present whole in the self-serve case or to cut into
steaks by the service meat counter.
