Grobbel's first cut Briskets are the perfect item for the Deli Restaurant because they combine the rich, full flavor of the Brisket with the consistency and high-yield of our premium custom trim.  We remove the "cap" from the brisket to provide the richly marbled first cut portion with no seams or excess fat.  Grobbel's first cuts are available in Corned Beef (raw), Cooked Corn Beef, and Pastrami.  For New York style tastes, Grobbel's offer two taste sensations: the deliciously rich Navel Pastrami and the savory Barbecue Shredded Beef.  Both items are ideal for steam heating and serving hot.
